This room will cater for up to 120 people in full banquet style, or 150 people in theatre style. We have a stage, stereo (no charge), microphone (no charge, please request when booking),15 tables & 120 chairs (no charge), children’s tables (3) children’s chairs (20) all for $20 , air conditioning, blackout blinds and an outside deck.  For an extra $20 per hire there is a projector available.

Kitchen facilities include microwave, pie warmer, dishwasher, hot water zip, tea kettles, tea/coffee cups, stove and fridge. These are included in the hire price.

120 place setting of crockery and cutlery, as well as tea/coffee cups and glasses are available for hire at $20 in conjunction with hall hire. These can also be hired out at $100 with a $100 bond if leaving the centre. Any broken items to be charged at replacement cost.

Private/Commercial Functions: (birthday parties, receptions  etc) $35 an hour before 6pm and $50 an hour after 6pm until 1am.

Community Groups/Not for Profit (church functions etc..)   $25 an hour before 6pm   $40 per hour after 6pm

Bond: $150 if no alcohol, or $400 if alcohol at function

16th – 21st Birthday Party: $1200 from 6pm to 1am and this includes a refundable bond of $400 and 2 Security Guards.

All hired rooms  must be cleaned and Centre locked by 1am after hire on Friday/Saturday nights and 11pm all other days. A security call out for a late departure will cost $75. Please include your set up and clean up times in your hire.
